Each part that we are engineering goes through sketching, 3D modelling, stress simulation and then prototyping and lab/real-world tests.
OR has extensive experience in the design of advances composite structure for a wide range of applications.
By using Finite Element Modeling (FEM) in conjunction with traditional structural analysis theory, OR is able toprovide lightweight, safe, and reliable structural components. Our modeling techniques have been extensively validated through test results of small and large scalestructures.
We have been teamed up with many large and small businesses to produce complex and critical composite parts. Many of those parts have been used in structural applications where high strength and light weight have been criticalrequirements in the designs
In addition to offering design and production services, OR also routinely performs various composite testing and validation. This kind of testing is bolstered by OR’s state-of-the-art load actuation and data acquisition system comprised of multiple load cells, actuators, and data channels. OR’s in housemachining and metal fabrication capabilities give us the ability to provide quick turnaround efforts for testing and data acquisition needs.

Non-destructive test Inspection

We provide manufacturing capabilities of welded structure systems, through TIG and MIG welding service that meet the most stringent quality standards. Our TIG fusion welding services are performed by AWS certified welders according to AWS D17.1.Committee on Welding in the Aircraft and Aerospace Industry.

Galvanic Treatment Process
Sulphuric anodising is an electrolytic treatment for aluminium that produces a coating of aluminium oxide. This coating exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and can be dyed in a variety of colours.
Zinc plating involves zinc metal being electrodeposited on to components to give it corrosion resistance. We can offer no passivation, clear passivation (blue tinted, trivalent) or colour passivation (yellow).
